Delivery & Returns Policy

Orders are despatched Monday-Fridays (excluding bank holidays), the cut off time for same day despatch is 3pm.

United Kingdom Delivery:

We offer free delivery on any order over £50, and shipping on orders under £50 is charged at £2.50. Our standard shipping service is provided by Royal Mail 48, within 2-3 working days.

For the more urgent deliveries, we also offer Royal Mail 24 at £4.00 and Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1 pm at £8.00.

Worldwide Delivery:

We post to most destinations around the world via Royal Mail. Once you have selected your products, you can check the cost to deliver in your country by entering your address details. The services are either Tracked, Signed or Tracked & Signed, depending on your country of choice. Lead times vary by destination but Royal Mail advise, Europe as 3-5 working days and Rest of World as 5-7 working days.

All items are zero tax rated for international purchases outside of the UK. This means that you will be liable for paying any import duty/local taxes upon arrival in your chosen country. Please allow for this when considering your purchase.

Any failed delivery items that are returned to us will NOT have the postage refunded.

Returns & Warranty

New Product Returns & Exchanges.

Here at Grip & Pedal we will happily return or exchange any new item. Some things to remember…

  • We will only accept returns on items returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • If you are returning an item for whatever reason you must pay for the return postage and must make sure it is signed for and insured. So we have the best possible chance to receive it.
  • Products can only be returned if they have the original packaging/header card, attached.
  • Returns can be processed via your account through your original order.

Warranty Products

If you believe the product you have purchased is faulty and may be covered under the original manufacturers’ warranty please contact us at

Please include the following information:

  • Your name and order number.
  • What the problem/fault is.
  • At least two photos of the fault and product.

Once we have received this information we will be in contact to advise on how to proceed.
