There is a lot of choice when it comes to picking a handlebar. Typically that choice comes to the rise option you are looking for. Trends on bar rises come and go, from Sam Hill’s completely flat days in the early 2000’s, to now coming back around to higher rise options. Bar clamp wise, there is two options. 31.8mm or 35mm, 31.8mm being the former, 35mm the newer standard offering lighter weights and a better comfort to stiffness ration. Be sure to check what clamp your stem uses before ordering a set of bars. Finally is material choice, the two options being alloy or carbon. Carbon, naturally saves weight and can offer better compliance but at a higher cost. Alloy is more cost effective and always reliable.
