SDG Bel Air V3 Carbon Fibre Saddle

The SDG Bel Air V3 Carbon Fibre Saddle proven comfort with modern performance for all-mountain, enduro, and trail riders. Its refined shape, carbon rails, and advanced foam construction ensure consistent support on long rides. A rear rise platform and Free Float Comfort Flex technology enhance control and comfort, while the ATMOS sealed one-piece cover ensures long-lasting durability in all conditions.

Key Features and Benefits:

• Proven Bel Air shape: Designed for all-day comfort and stability. The contoured rear rise supports your hips and keeps you centred on steep climbs, reducing fatigue and improving power transfer.
• Free Float Comfort Flex: The base features engineered flex zones that move with your pedal stroke. This relieves pressure on sensitive areas, allowing smoother movement and greater comfort on technical terrain.
• Lightweight injected EVA foam: High-density foam provides a responsive yet cushioned feel. It absorbs trail vibrations and maintains shape over time, offering consistent support on long rides.
• Rear Rise Platform & Nose Platform: The raised rear section works with a stable nose design to improve seated climbing traction. This combination enhances body position and control on steep gradients.
• ATMOS sealed one-piece cover: A seamless, sonic-welded cover prevents water and dirt ingress. It keeps the saddle cleaner and extends durability, even in harsh trail conditions.
• Nylon glass base with under-bridge design: Reinforced with a structural bridge for added stiffness. This boosts power transfer while maintaining controlled flex, striking the ideal balance between strength and comfort.

The V3 saddle has been slimmed down, now shorter in overall length to match current bike geometries. Along with the reduced hips to extend a sleeker appearance, without jeopardising any comfort characteristics. Additionally, the updated Bel-Air profile is now constructed with a free float comfort flex rail inserts. Allowing more forgiveness at the wings, along with a new hidden cut-out relief to further maximise comfort.

The Bel-Air V3 is finished off with ATMOS Shaping, which eliminates the needs for bumpers, staples or glue, leaving a seamless vacuum sealed cover and a new sonic welded edges protection edges for further durability.
