If you’re visiting Grip & Pedal we more than likely have a common interest, we love riding bikes. My name is Greg and I am the director of Grip & Pedal. I have spent my whole life around two-wheeled machines, be it pedal or engine powered. From a young age, I have experienced a massive range of off-road disciplines, everything from motocross, BMX, downhill and motorcycle trials.

I started competing in downhill mountain biking at 16 years of age and since then have been hooked. Having competed in the national downhill series as an expert for nearly 5 years, I have now moved on to racing the fast-growing discipline of enduro. 2021 was my biggest season yet, with the highlight competing in the Enduro World Series 100 race in Crans-Montana, Switzerland. Finishing a season-best 11th place.

Since I started my competitive racing at 16, I have worked in the cycle industry ever since. Working alongside my father at the Kingsteignton branch of Hot Pursuit Cycles in Devon and also solely running our online stores of the Bike Glove Store, Bike Pedal Store and Bike Grip Store. With these three stores focusing solely on their specific product ranges they have brought us to where Grip & Pedal is today, a combination of all three with the ability to expand our product range further. With my nearly 15 years of industry experience, mechanical knowledge and passion for the sport, at Grip & Pedal I aim to provide products that I stand behind with first-class service.
